Julie Cooke

I moved to Beaminster with my two teenage daughters and we have made a good life for ourselves, even acquiring a lovely dog. I like living in the town, it has made me very welcome, and I am keen to be involved in town life.

In my previous existence I was a primary school teacher and am keeping my teaching brain active by becoming the liaison between primary schools and Beaminster Museum. I am also secretary of the Beaminster Twinning Association, which has been in existence for nearly 40 years!

Life is busy and I work in a variety of jobs around Beaminster. You may well have seen me. Please do come and talk to me if there is something you think I can help you with. If I don’t know the answer I will do my best to find it out!
